Confident, not cautious
People stop guessing and start using AI daily, on real tasks, without fear of getting it wrong.
A hands-on seminar that takes your people from cautious to capable: safe, compliant and productive with the AI tools you already pay for. Built and led by operators who put AI to work in real businesses, not trainers reading slides.
Most companies have already bought the AI. Copilot licences, a ChatGPT subscription, a policy nobody reads. What is missing is not another tool. It is a team that knows where AI genuinely saves time, how to prompt it well, and where the line sits on data and compliance. That gap is where the money leaks.
We close it in a focused session on your own tools and your own work, so people leave using AI on the tasks that actually fill their week.
People stop guessing and start using AI daily, on real tasks, without fear of getting it wrong.
The repetitive reading, drafting and summarising that fills a week gets faster from day one.
Everyone knows what to put in, what to keep out, and how to stay on the right side of policy and the AI Act.
You keep a prompt library and a short usage guide, tailored to your team, not generic slides.
A clear, jargon-free model of what these tools do well and where they quietly go wrong, so people trust them appropriately.
Writing prompts that get usable output first time, on the documents and tasks your team actually handles.
Getting real value from the Copilot licence in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, where it earns its cost.
Data handling, confidentiality, the EU AI Act in plain terms, and a usage policy your team will actually follow.
Spotting the tasks worth automating and the ones to leave alone.
Hands-on work on the real jobs your team does, so the learning sticks to the work.
We start with a short Teams call to agree what the workshop should change: the team, the tasks, the tools and what a good outcome looks like.
In person where we can, online where we cannot, and in person is better. Hands-on, on your own tools, in small groups. The whole session is transcribed and documented, so every question and answer is captured and nothing is lost.
Participants take the skills back to real work and use them for a week or two, on the tasks that fill their week.
Seven to fourteen days later, we schedule an included one-on-one with each interested participant, to see what changed, unblock anything, and answer the questions that only surface once you have tried it.
You receive a written report on what was covered, what people did with it and the change it made. For whoever paid for the workshop, that is the proof it worked.
On-site at no extra cost. We do not bill travel for workshops anywhere in DACH, Benelux or the UK.
We build AI systems for regulated businesses for a living. The seminar comes from that work, not from a training catalogue. You get the person who has actually shipped this, in front of your team.
Vendor-neutral. Microsoft, Anthropic, open tools: we teach what fits your stack, not what we resell.
Up to about a dozen keeps it hands-on. Larger groups run as a programme across sessions.
Both. Set your preference when you build the package.
Just access to your usual tools. We bring the rest and adapt examples to your operation.
Yes. We work on anonymised examples and teach exactly what should and should not go into these tools.
That is the point. The builder lets you set the team and focus, and we shape the content around it.
Set the team, the size and the focus. The price updates as you go. Book it online, or send it over and we confirm.
